Week 26
And it’s hard to get a picture without her hands in her mouth!
And it’s hard to get a picture without her hands in her mouth!
Since Mother Nature decided not to cooperate (rain all weekend), we turned Kenzie’s pool into a ball pit! Instead of balls, we turned $5 of pool noodles into ‘balls’!
Red fish, BLUE fish! Since it is now officially summer, we picked up a small inflatable pool for Kenzie. This one comes complete with shade and a little sprinkler!
Mickie finally met Kenzie and the had a great time getting to know each other!
When I dropped Kenzie off at her school today, I set her in the ‘pool’ for a few minutes while I restocked her diaper supply and put her bottles in the refrigerator. I looked back to find her chillin’! Of course I had to grab the camera, and when she caught me taking pictures she thought it was very funny!
While staying at home with Kenzie for her first three months, I developed an obsession for Pinterest. I’ve gotten a lot of good ideas for crafts and activities to do with Kenzie now and when she gets older, and ideas for capturing her firsts, but not all have turned out as I had planned. Here are a few that have turned out great:
It took me a little while to hang Brad’s father’s day present. The first is a tie Kenzie made at school (it attaches with a safety pin) and the second is a picture frame and each picture is of Kenzie holding a letter – all together, they spell Daddy!
Standing up and spinning on her own in the exersaucer, eating solid foods, and sitting up – she’s getting so big!
Kenzie is too cute to take out in public! We’re trying to walk through Costco and people keep stopping us to talk to her. She is pretty darn cute!
Costco sells hemp!
