Fun day on the lake with Chris, Debby, and Dayna. Kenzie loved spending time with her little cousin.
At MRA every student is required to do an end of year project, and this includes the Kindergarten class. Kenzie decided to do her project on “Being a Farmer.” She picked the project, put together the board, and come up with the whole presentation on her own. Pretty amazing for a kindergartener! As an added bonus, she brought “Bunny” as a prop for her presentation and she was a hit with the whole class.
Every class at MRA must do an independent project at the end of the school year. For Kenzie’s first project, she decided to talk to her friends about what it’s like to be a ‘total farmer ‘. She made a poster board with all her her farm animals and some farm jobs, like gardening, and wore her egg collection apron that Maga CeCe made for her.
Kenzie has decided that her next business venture is selling farm fresh eggs from the chickens she’s been raising. Maya CeCe mad her this VERY cool egg collection apron! Can to can’t wait for the day that her chickens start laying!
Kenzie was Princess Luna and had a blast. She even entered into the cosplay contest!
Jodi was Trixie for the evening event… the Grand Galloping Gala!
Flight #107 back to Portland and Tigie has a new sister… meet Precious the sloth.
Kenzie was so excited to see the MLK Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. While at the Lincoln Memorial, we googled where Martin Luther King gave his I have a dream speech so Kenzie could stand in the same spot. She said she would give a speech about protecting animals. So cool!
Jodi has been to DC four times already this year so Brad and Kenzie decided to join her on this visit! Kenzie’s 106th flight from PDX to Regan.
