Kenzies Kindergarten Project

At MRA every student is required to do an end of year project, and this includes the Kindergarten class.  Kenzie decided to do her project on “Being a Farmer.”  She picked the project, put together the board, and come up with the whole presentation on her own.  Pretty amazing for a kindergartener!  As an added bonus, she brought “Bunny” as a prop for her presentation and she was a  hit with the whole class.

Independent Project

Every class at MRA must do an independent project at the end of the school year. For Kenzie’s first project, she decided to talk to her friends about what it’s like to be a ‘total farmer ‘. She made a poster board with all her her farm animals and some farm jobs, like gardening, and wore her egg collection apron that Maga CeCe made for her.

Memorials

Kenzie was so excited to see the MLK Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. While at the Lincoln Memorial, we googled where Martin Luther King gave his I have a dream speech so Kenzie could stand in the same spot. She said she would give a speech about protecting animals. So cool!
